The Community of Hacienda del Golf is located in the heart of La Manga Club just a few minutes walk to the Tennis Academy and within easy reach of the numerous amenities of the exceptional resort of La Manga Club. Also adjacent is the Par 47 pitch and putt. This very large townhouse has a good sized kitchen with separate Utility room. The Master Bedroom is on the living level with a dressing area and en suite bathroom. Both this bedroom and the living room lead out to two south facing sunny terraces which overlook the community gardens and pool area. Relax and drink in the view as you cook your meal on the BBQ. There is also an internal dining area on a raised level by the living room. On the upper floor, there are two additional guest bedrooms, each with patio doors out to a large, private and south facing terrace. These bedrooms share a family bathroom. All bedrooms can be either king size bed or twin beds. Ideal for family holidays or groups of golfers / tennis players. Baby items available to hire - please ask for further details.
