You will be delighted with this beautiful four bedroom villa – set in the peaceful community of Las Higueras. It has been updated to a very high specification. The Kitchen is very well equipped to service the tasteful dining room, which seats 8 people and has access out to the pool area. The lounge is very spacious and comfortable and one set of patio doors take you out to the large pool terrace with beautiful furniture and sun loungers. The other set of doors leads out to the large side terrace, with built-in BBQ and a dining table and chairs – ideal for al fresco dining on those balmy Summer evenings. Free WiFi supplied. Three bedrooms are on the ground floor level, all tastefully furnished to a high standard. One bedroom has an en suite bathroom and the other two bedrooms share the family bathroom. The Master bedroom is on the first floor with a beautiful en suite bathroom. This bedroom also has direct access to a rooftop solarium on which to enjoy the sunshine and lovely views. Two kingsize beds and 2 bedrooms each with twin beds (which can be made into doubles if preferred). There is off road parking in the covered car port.
