This lovely villa is situated in the Los Molinos community of La Manga Club and offers versatile accommodation that would suit either families or groups of adults. It is situated on a hillside and is accessed from the road, via a set of steps down to the front door. On the living level there is an open plan living room and fully fitted & well equipped kitchen, with hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and microwave. From the lounge and the kitchen you have access to the outside terrace with built-in barbeque. From this terrace, relax and enjoy the stunning views over the Resort and to the Mar Menor beyond, plus Lion Mountain to the right. An internal staircase leads down from the living area to Master bedroom, with double bed and en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. There is also a twin bedroom (two single beds) on this lower level which uses the second bathroom with shower, WC, wash hand basin and heated towel rail. The washing machine is situated in this bathroom. An external staircase leads from the front of the house to the upper terrace where a further twin bedroom is located (with two single beds). This also has an en suite with WC, wash hand basin and shower unit. There is a table and 2 chairs on this upper sun terrace, from which the views are spectacular. The property is fully equipped for self-catering and has cable TV including BBC, ITV and Sky. Guests can use the beautiful Los Molinos pool and the children's pool and enjoy a relaxing lunch at the poolside bar and restaurant . The property has sporting rights entitling guests to a 50% reduction in rates for Golf and Tennis. The Resort has a wide choice of restaurants, bars, shops, two supermarkets and two banks.
