This well-furnished, air conditioned Bellaluz ground floor 2-bedroom apartment is in an ideal central location with a parking area outside the apartment. Sit, relax and enjoy the sunshine on the terrace with views to Lion Mountain. There is a coal BBQ on the terrace for your use. From that terrace you access the open plan lounge and kitchen area. In the lounge there is a wall mounted TV and comfortable sofa, plus two easy chairs. WiFi is included in the rental price. The Kitchen, with a newly fitted wooden breakfast bar, is spacious and very well equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine.
The large Master bedroom is next to the lounge. Twin beds with very comfortable IKEA mattresses and plenty of storage space. There is a wall mounted electric heater. The main bathroom is next to this bedroom, with a separate shower cubicle, a bath, wash hand basin, WC and heated towel rail. The washing machine is located here also. The second bedroom has a double bed with good quality IKEA mattresses. Ample wardrobe space here too. Electric wall heater. Next to this bedroom is a cloakroom with WC and wash hand basin. There are paddle fans in both bedrooms and the lounge.
The large Bellaluz community pool is close by – with solar panel heating. There is a supermarket in the Bellaluz Plaza, as well as shops, restaurants and bars. You are entitled to Residents´ rates for reduced golf and tennis fees when staying in this apartment.
