Accessed by steps, from the roadside parking, to the front door, there are 2 community pools close by and the villa has an open plan kitchen, dining and living area.
The kitchen is well equipped including a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and microwave.
The lounge area has a comfortable sofa, wicker chair and an easy chair. There is an air conditioning / heating unit and a ceiling paddle fan.
From the lounge wonder out to the bbq terrace, and dine alfresco while enjoying the views of the well-kept gardens and beyond.
On the lower floor, you have the family bathroom, with a heated towel rail, shower & screen, WC and wash hand basin. Next to this is a good-sized twin bedded room with views onto the community gardens.
The Master bedroom has twin beds, (which can also be made into a King size if preferred) with en-suite bathroom comprising two wash hand basins, WC, a bath, shower and heated towel rail.
Both bedrooms each have an air conditioning / heating unit and a ceiling paddle fans.
