With the advantage of nearby roadside parking, this well-furnished El Rancho has a spacious open plan layout on the living level. The lounge has ample, comfortable seating, TV, DVD and CD player. Internet/WiFi included in the rental price. Leading from the lounge are two terraces, front and rear, both with table and with chairs, so you can follow the sun all day long. The dining area is adjacent to the Kitchen, which has been refurbished and is fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, separate oven and hob, microwave, kettle & toaster. There are paddle fans in the lounge and both bedrooms as well as wall mounted air-conditioning units which can be reversed to provide heating during the cooler autumn and winter. The Master bedroom has twin beds which can be made into a king size bed, if required. The en-suite bathroom has also been refurbished and has a bath with overhead shower hose, two wash hand basins, W.C. and heated towel rail. This bedroom has been extended to give additional storage area and a door leading out to the gardens. Bedroom two has two single beds (which can be made into a king size bed if required) and its own en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower, a wash hand basin, WC and heated towel rail. The roof terrace, which is accessed by a staircase going up from the lounge, has a built-in BBQ where you can enjoy al fresco dining and the great views across La Manga Club. You will be entitled to reduced residents´ rates for tennis and golf and can enjoy the extensive other sports on offer within the resort. In the high season, bookings are from Saturday to Saturday.
