Monte Mares is a villa located on an elevated area of La Manga Club close to the road that takes you to La Cala beach. This is a spacious family villa spread over 3 floors and consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a modern kitchen open to the dining area which is also open to the living room, a big off road parking area and an extensive outdoor area with private pool and Jacuzzi. Outside the kitchen and next to the Jacuzzi there is access to a great bar and seating area usable in winter or summer as it has a pergola, windbreakers and radiators. In front of these, we have a great swimming pool and putting green. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need in a holiday home, dishwasher, microwave, large cooker, 2 ovens and a large American fridge. A washing machine in the laundry room is available too. The master bedroom in the upper floor has an on-suite shower room, a walk in wardrobe and a terrace with views across the resort to the Mar Menor and Mediterranean Sea. On the same floor, there is also a second bedroom with a small on-suite. On the bottom floor, there are another 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom.
